Welcome to the Regional Public Transportation Coordination Plan (RPTCP) Forum › Forums › Compiling the Plan for 2017-2021 › Weekend Operations
Well this isn’t a question pertaining directly to the regional plan but I thought you guys could help me. We are starting weekend service (ICB routes) this weekend. We are struggling to make a decision on the best way to “supervise” the drivers that will be out on these rural routes. Do we simply have someone on call in case of vehicle problems, etc. to direct them when something happens, do we hire someone to be here 12 hours/day sat & sun in case something happens (and then that person is working unsupervised those days)…each options seems to have pros and cons. I would welcome any input. Thanks
